Korea-based KIA Motors Company to open Auto show room in Myanmar

Korea-based KIA Motors Corporation Company will open its first auto show room near Micasa Hotel Apartments on Kabaaye Pagoda road in the third week of May, Kyaw Thura, Director of Super Seven Star Motors Industry Co;Ltd said.

The company is also planning to open their car show rooms in Nay Pyi Taw and Mandalay.

“We will sell new cars such as Saloon, SUVs and trucks. We will also provide services to our customers according to the World Standard of KIA,” the company director said.

The Super Seven Star (SSS) Motors Industry Co; Ltd had been permitted as a Myanmar’s sales agent of KIA Motors Corporation Company, since September last year and now its first auto show room will be opened in the near future.

The KIA servicing and its spare parts sale center is located in Yangon East district.

The KIA motors company is the second biggest auto company in Korea and it is one of the top 10 World’s auto best sellers.

“Although Myanmar enjoys a little market demand of Korea’s vehicles, local people are interested in SUVs cars produced by KIA Motors Company,” Kyaw Thura added.

The SSS Company is now importing and selling KIA vehicles such as Cerato, Quoris, Optima, Picanto, Rio, Sorento, Sportage and Mohave and Soul K 2700.
