Announcement: Bagan Capital opens office in Nay Pyi Taw

For Immediate Release.

Bagan Capital is pleased to announce today the opening of its office in Nay Pyi Taw, the capital of Myanmar. The Nay Pyi Taw office represents an expanded presence for our firm in Myanmar, where we currently operate from a branch office in Yangon, the country's commercial centre. The new office will be situated at the Junction Hotel Nay Pyi Taw and headed by Mr Shigeo Hayashi.

Jeremy Kloiser-Jones, CEO, explains "As the country's capital it is natural that many key decisions affecting business are taken in Nay Pyi Taw, and hence we see it as an imperative to have a presence there if we are to locate and assess the best investment opportunities in Myanmar for our clients." The office is also expected to serve as a platform to engage with government policy makers and put forward views of the foreign investment community in respect of ongoing reforms.

Bagan Capital is a pioneering investment and advisory firm focused solely on the emerging opportunities in Myanmar. For more information, please visit our website:
